Description
A simple wooden box with one round hole on top and a shallow tray that slides out beneath. The child drops the ball in, it disappears, and a moment later it rolls into the tray — gone, then back. That small, repeatable surprise is the whole design.
It invites a baby to discover that things still exist when they can’t be seen, and to practise the grasp-and-release of posting an object through a hole. Made for babies from around 8 months who are sitting steadily. Built from solid timber with rounded edges and supplied with a single smooth wooden ball, sized so it can’t be swallowed.
