What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches and surface marks from everyday use.
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Cosmetic changes such as natural wood patina development or colour mellowing.
- Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, heat, or chemicals.
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@kose.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
- We will assess the claim within 5 business days.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Consumer guarantees
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
