These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kose Haus website at kose.lakehouse.holdings and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Kose Haus is a trading name of Lake House Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), registered in Western Australia. Our registered address is Perth, WA, Australia. You can reach us at hello@kose.com.au.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout. Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the natural characteristics of birch plywood.
3. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip (subject to availability). An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
4. Shipping and delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timeframes, costs and methods. Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Our returns process is outlined in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.
6. Digital products
Digital downloads (play plans, printables, guides) are delivered electronically immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once a download link has been accessed, except where required by law.
7. Product safety
Our physical products are designed to meet applicable Australian safety standards. Please read all assembly and care instructions before use. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using Kose Haus products. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Lake House Holdings Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
