What is The Kose One?
The Kose One is a 6-in-1 convertible children’s frame crafted from responsibly sourced birch plywood. It reconfigures into a highchair, chair, kitchen tower (learning tower), step stool, desk & chair, and wardrobe — growing with your child from around six months to eight years old.
What are the dimensions and weight limits?

Is assembly required?
Yes — a simple initial assembly is required using the supplied Allen key (included). After that, switching between modes is tool-free and takes under two minutes. Full assembly and mode-change instructions are included with every unit and are also available on our Assembly Guide page.
What finishes and materials do you use?
The Kose One is made from FSC-certified Baltic birch plywood, finished with water-based, non-toxic lacquer that meets EN 71-3 (toy safety) and AS/NZS 8124 standards. No VOCs, no formaldehyde. Safe for mouthing, chewing and everyday use.
What colours are available?
The Kose One is available in three colourways: Natural Birch, Clay (warm terracotta tone), and Sage (muted green). All colours use the same non-toxic finish.
How do I clean it?
Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and abrasive sponges. Silicone accessories (trays, catchers, eating sets) are dishwasher-safe. See our Care & Cleaning page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Accessories and toys ship to selected international destinations (costs calculated at checkout). Digital downloads are available worldwide, instantly. The Kose One (furniture) is currently available for delivery within Australia only.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Australian delivery is 3–7 business days for accessories and toys. The Kose One ships via courier within 5–10 business days. Express options are available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your returns policy?
Unused physical items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Returns Policy for the full process.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — The Kose One comes with a 2-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame and joints. Accessories carry a 12-month warranty. See our Warranty page for full terms.
Are your products safe for babies?
Every product is designed and tested against applicable Australian safety standards (AS/NZS 8124 for toys, AS/NZS 4684 for furniture). All finishes are non-toxic and food-safe. Adult supervision is required at all times. See our Safety page for detail.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes — if a component is damaged or lost, please contact us at hello@kose.com.au with your order number and we will arrange a replacement part.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but it is something we are working on. In the meantime, all Kose products arrive in branded packaging designed to feel like a gift.
