Delivery
Australian delivery
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120. Orders under $120 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days via Australia Post / courier.
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
- The Kose One (furniture): ships via courier in protective packaging. Delivery within 5–10 business days. Free shipping Australia-wide.
International delivery
We ship accessories and toys to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
The Kose One (furniture) is currently available for delivery within Australia only. International furniture shipping will be announced in due course.
Digital downloads
Play plans, printables and digital guides are delivered instantly via email upon payment. A download link is also available in your account under My Orders. Download links expire after 30 days and 3 download attempts.
Order tracking
Once your physical order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kose.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
